d. Looking at how your solicitor protected you against paying your opponents costs
e. Looking at how your solicitor entered in to the solicitors costing agreement with you. Has he gone through all the regulations as detailed by the solicitors professional rules
f. Considering if you selected the right expert and if not was that the reason you lost
